Why we need you
As a Parts Driver, you'll do more than just deliver — you'll be a key representative of our dealership’s professionalism and efficiency. You’ll ensure that parts arrive accurately and on time, helping to keep our service department and wholesale customers moving forward.
- Safely and efficiently deliver automotive parts and accessories to wholesale customers, body shops, and service centers across the GTA.
- Pick up parts, cores, or returns from customers and vendors as needed.
- Verify that deliveries are accurate and complete before departure.
- Collect and return signed invoices and maintain proper delivery documentation.
- Load and unload parts, ensuring care is taken to prevent damage.
- Keep delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition; report any issues promptly.
- Assist in the Parts Department with shipping/receiving, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory during slower delivery periods.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all internal and external customers.
- Follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety regulations.

You need these qualifications
- Valid Ontario G-class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and ability to navigate using GPS.
- Customer service experience or professional delivery experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as loading/unloading.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
It would be nice if
- Experience with Ford or aftermarket parts departments.
- Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds.

About Downtown Autogroup
Downtown Autogroup (DAG) is a collection of 10 automobile sales and service facilities representing 12 of the most respected brands in the automotive world.
Founded by Shahin Alizadeh in the early 90's, DAG has grown from a single Toyota dealership to a group with over four-hundred employees. We pride ourselves on creating a positive work environment with competitive pay and benefits and opportunities for advancement.
