What You’ll Do

Own Your Business

  • Be the top seller. (Literally – we track it, and you’ll want to win.)
  • Hit and exceed daily SPH goals – Get rewarded.
  • Curate looks, not outfits. Build wardrobes, not transactions.
  • Convert walk-ins into loyalists. You’re building a following, not just a customer list.
  • Master TLS’s 6 Steps of Selling – and teach others how it’s done.

Lead the Floor

  • Mentor new stylists. Be the energy others want to rise to.
  • Take charge of personal shopping and private styling sessions.
  • Set the tone and vibe for the day – customers and teammates alike feel it.
  • Analyze performance metrics with management and strategize like a boss.

Create The Experience

  • Deliver authentic, bespoke styling to every single guest.
  • Maintain high-touch, ongoing relationships with your VIPs.
  • Know the product like an insider, style like an editor, and move like a pro.

What Sets You Apart

  • 3+ years as a TLS Style Advisor (or equivalent in premium retail)
  • Scoop Training Academy Certification complete
  • Proven top-performer in sales, styling, and team leadership
  • A refined personal style and deep knowledge of fashion trends
  • You’re a closer, a connector, and a creative force
  • You love feedback, take initiative, and raise the standard – every time

Who We Are

Founded in 2004, The Latest Scoop is a Vancouver-based company that began with only short-term, temporary pop-up shops. We are a lifestyle concept store, meaning our buyers travel the world - Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Toronto - to curate a unique mix of product: fashion, furniture, home decor, accessories, footwear, stationary and gift. Our buying is not based on brands, but instead, on what we believe to be beautiful, affordable and desirable.

We’ve been writing our own retail rules for over ten years. With a cult following and ever increasing popularity, we now have six permanent locations in Vancouver and Toronto. We still aim to maintain the pop-up culture through impactful seasonal flips and temporary locations in new markets.

Our Customers

Our customers are as varied as our product selection. A portion of our continued success comes from our ability to reach and connect with an incredibly wide age demographic. Ranging from early twenties to late fifties, we have something for everyone who steps through our doors. Our database continues to grow with customers within British Columbia, Ontario and throughout Canada, as we open more locations. Our unique product mix, coupled with excellent customer service and beautiful shopping spaces has resulted in a loyal customer base that treats our stores as destination shops.
