About Reship.com Reship.com is a small but fast-growing freight forwarding company headquartered in British Columbia. We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Position Summary Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing daily warehouse tasks including receiving, packing, shipping, and general organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in getting the job done right.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and sort incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and label orders for outbound shipping
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization
- Report damaged or missing goods to the supervisor
- Support with e-commerce tasks, including preparing abandoned freight for resale
- Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Previous warehouse or physical labor experience is an asset, but not required — we’re happy to train the right candidate.
- Skills and Qualities:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. and moving items as required by law
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
- Forklift certification
- First Aid certification
- Dangerous Goods (DG) awareness or certification
- Additional Requirements:
- Comfortable using warehouse tools and basic tech (scanners, labeling systems)
- May require flexible hours based on operational needs
