We are currently recruiting a Contract Customer Service & Logistics Representative to support our Ontario Customers along with our Internal Sales Team. They will provide exceptional day to day customer service while working cross functional with other teams. This role will be on-site/in-person with 4 shifts per week, 10 hours per day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Point of Contact for all customers internal customers and external customer, including email communication in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Receive incoming orders from Ontario Licensee customers
  • Responsible for daily order entry in an effective and timely manner meeting MDC requirements
  • Process orders for multiple divisions of Arterra
  • Coordinate pickups from Consignment
  • Reconcile Direct Delivery Orders daily to ensure there are no errors
  • Managing to some degree stock levels for Domestic and Import and advising of inventory issues
  • Work with Ontario On Premise Manager and Sales Team on customer service issues and initiatives
  • Report any quality concerns from Licensee customers to Quality Control Manager
  • Maintain filing daily for all Licensee’s
  • Manage the day to day OTC operations aligning and supporting the DC
  • Support cross-functional objectives
  • Optimize work process and document through Standard Operating procedures ensuring ISO compliance
  • Process Customers returns in a timely and effective manner
  • Prepare daily orders and carrier logs
  • Reconciliation monthly of imports invoices for accounts receivable
  • Work Directly with MDC Supervisors and Shipping Co-Ordinator’s
  • Cross Training to support Customer Service Team

Who You Are

  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience
  • Highschool Diploma
  • Proficient in Excel and Data Processing
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Multi-tasking
  • Goal oriented
  • Aptitude to learning
  • Attention to detail
  • JDE Experience an asset
