Join our team as a Corporate Analyst!
the Corporate Analyst - Corporate Services manages the accounting, coordination, and communication of financial data to ensure accurate and timely monthly bookkeeping as well as providing support to the various business units and the organization as a whole. The role ensures continuity and accountability for corporate services, including legal and insurance functions, supporting both the Home Office and operating properties. Additionally, the position provides backup support to the Finance Team as needed.
The following traits and qualifications are required:
Degree in Business Accounting, Finance, or related field;
2 years of relevant experience.Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Google Docs, Sheets.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.
High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
Achievement of or working towards CPA, PMP or other aligned designation considered an Asset.
Experience with Yardi Accounting Software or equivalents considered an Asset.
