Overview
This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy of inventory and providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders and ensuring complete confidentiality. The employee is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Klondike inventory records and coordinating all clients inventory counts. Also, ensure that product returns are received and written up accurately and in a timely fashion. In addition, the returns area is maintained in an organized manner. This role reports directly to the Inventory Manager.

- Possess ability to drive pallet jack, reach truck, RC.
Duties
- Sort, count and document on the appropriate return form the returned products.
- Ensure returns are stored in the proper areas based on Client procedures and requirements.
- Provide information to the Supervisor, and/or Operations Manager, and/or QA Representative regarding any unique returns (e.g. lot recall returns, etc.)
- Manage all products on hold / lot control.
- Update the ASR Team on any unique returns reporting.
- Coordinate physical inventories and major cycle counts.
- Perform daily cycle counts where necessary.
- Run discrepancy reports and investigate cycle count adjustments.
- Report unusual trends to the Operations Manager.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility and report the findings to the Operations Manager (e.g. damages, lost inventory etc.)
- Liase with Clients and provide information during external audits.
- Provide assistance with inventory reporting and control.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and problems and advise the appropriate individuals of the findings.
- Analyzing inventory turns, fast- and slow-moving products
- Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 9:30pm; hours may vary dependent on operational needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
