Job Overview:
The Marketing Director at Muraflex, a leading architectural manufacturer, is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all marketing activities and driving the company's brand and growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Director will lead a team of marketing professionals, develop comprehensive marketing strategies, and ensure that all efforts align with the company’s business objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in marketing, excellent management skills, and the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to set marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company growth targets.
- Team Leadership & Development:

- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and new ideas within the marketing team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual and team goals, and develop training programs to enhance the team’s skills and capabilities.
- Brand Management:

- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reputation in the market, positioning the company as a leader in the architectural manufacturing industry.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand competitive and relevant.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

- Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Ensure that all marketing campaigns are data-driven, leveraging analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales strategies, ensuring seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
- Digital Marketing & Innovation:

- Oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website management.
- Lead the adoption of new marketing technologies and platforms to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive the company’s content marketing strategy, ensuring that all content is aligned with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
- Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to provide actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present marketing reports and performance updates to the CEO and executive team.
- Budget & Resource Management:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum impact.
- Monitor marketing expenditures and provide regular budget updates to the CEO.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Public Relations & Communication:

- Oversee the company’s public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and corporate communications.
- Act as the company’s spokesperson in media engagements and industry events, representing the brand and its values.
- Develop crisis communication strategies to manage and mitigate potential brand risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of company-wide campaigns and projects.
- Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall business strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the architectural or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics.
- Experience in brand management, market research, and public relations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
