What You’ll Do
As a Ticket Agent, you’ll ensure an efficient and positive travel experience for our passengers by:
- Advising on schedules, fares, routes, and travel planning.
- Issuing tickets and confirming reservations for individuals and groups.
- Handling cash, debit, and credit transactions with accuracy.
- Providing baggage tagging and support during loading/unloading.
- Assisting with lost baggage inquiries and travel-related support.
- Maintaining accurate transaction records and a clean, professional ticket counter.
- Supporting special services like package tours and charters.
- Delivering service that meets or exceeds customer expectations—every time.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience (an asset, but not required—training provided!).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage computerized systems for reservations, ticketing, and data entry.
- Comfort working under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift baggage up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

- Varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
