About the role
Responsabilités (en collaboration avec les parties prenantes) :
- Clarifier le contexte lié au besoin (parties prenantes, compréhension du problème, etc.)
- Confirmer les besoins d'affaires
- Confirmer les exigences
- Élaborer des scénarios de solution
- Recommander une solution
- Identifier les composantes de la solution (incluant le produit minimum viable)
- Estimer les coûts et les efforts requis
- Identifier les risques de réalisation
- Établir un plan de mise en uvre
- Définir une stratégie de gestion du changement à haut niveau
Exigences :
- Détenir un diplôme universitaire ou une formation équivalente
- Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience pertinente, dont au moins 2 ans en mode Agile SAFe
- Capacité à évoluer de façon autonome dans un environnement complexe et en mouvement
- Avoir participé activement à des projets d'envergure
- Certification IIBA (un atout)
- Certification SAFe (un atout)
