About the role
The purpose of this position is to execute a strategic sales plan within an assigned territory to achieve defined sales and profit targets. The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth by building strong customer relationships, supporting distributor performance, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the long-term success of the territory.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
The following are essential job functions.
· Executes a comprehensive, pre-established business plan to meet sales and growth targets within the assigned territory. Offers ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall sales strategy
· Prospects and acquires new clients while identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
· Strategically engages with distributors to support and drive sales performance
· Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including Technical and Marketing teams, to support effective sales initiatives.
· Achieves and exceeds gross sales targets for the assigned territory
· Applies specialized skills and industry knowledge to contribute to corporate sales goals
· Provides timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline progress, and achievements
· Participates in internal strategic sales meetings to evaluate progress toward objectives
· Demonstrates strong technical knowledge of product lines, market applications, implementation, and maintenance
· Delivers training to distributors and customers on the proper use of Bionetix products.
· Ensures clear, professional communication within the sales team, with customers, and across Bionetix departments.
· Upholds corporate safety policies and promotes safe practices in all daily activities.
Secondary job accountabilities
· Perform special projects as requested by upper management.
· Other related duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in microbiology, biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering or similar
Minimum Experience
Three-five years’ previous sales experience in a business-to-business industrial marketplace. Experience in developingsales budgets helpful.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
