About the role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Multilingual Sales Representative to join our team. As a Multilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products over the phone and email. You will be required to provide excellent customer service, identify customer needs, and offer the appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products.
  • Receive inbound calls and emails from potential customers interested in our products and services and provide product information and pricing.
  • Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call centre sales environment an asset.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages (Hindi, Punjabi and Gujarati) are an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle over 60+ calls per day with efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools and MS Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.

This is an in-office position, not a remote position. This role will require you to work in our Markham office Monday through Friday.
