Job Description
As a Guest Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to residents in a retirement living environment. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Reporting any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a retirement or long-term care setting.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
Other Relevant Details
- This position requires working night shifts.
- Must be able to lift and assist residents as needed.
