We are currently seeking an experienced and polished Bellman who understands the standards and discretion expected in a 5-star service environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch and ongoing success of one of Vancouver Island’s most distinctive hospitality offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every arrival and departure is seamless and memorable

· Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms

· Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services

· Coordinate transportation, valet, or special guest requests efficiently

· Support front desk staff with guest services as needed

· Maintain the lobby and entrance areas in pristine condition

· Uphold the highest standards of guest confidentiality, security, and service

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel or similar high-end hospitality setting

· Strong knowledge of 5-star service protocols and guest expectations

· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

· Professional presentation, grooming, and demeanor

· Physically able to lift and transport luggage

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Class 5 Driver’s License preferred
