Purpose of the role

The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for coordinating, planning, and ensuring the execution of e-commerce operations for the implementation of La Vie en Rose activities internationally. The E-commerce Specialist also participates in the development of e-commerce strategies, as well as the deployment of all changes and projects, in order to maximize sales potential.

Key responsabilites

  • Participate in the development of overall e-commerce strategies to increase sales.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive e-commerce promotional calendars.
  • Regularly update and optimize promotional calendars to align with strategy and objectives.
  • Develop strategies and coordinate the visual creation of e-commerce materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of our online sites and competitor sites, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Provide actionable feedback and support to enhance partner performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive training guides and tools for internal teams and international partners.
  • Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular calls with partners to review performance metrics and ensure adherence to brand standards on all online sites.
  • Provide international partners with detailed e-commerce materials and strategic information essential for successful implementation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for international partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed for effective marketplace and monobrand strategy execution.
  • Support and follow up with international partners on the implementation of marketplace strategies and monobrand operations.
  • Facilitate effective communication with franchisee managers and partners to ensure the smooth running of e-commerce operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Canadian team to maintain brand consistency and operational alignment at the international level.
  • Participate in other projects if needed.

Your profile

  • Cross-functional collaboration: You excel at working closely with various teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong writing skills: You have exceptional writing abilities in both French and English, with a keen focus on clarity and impact.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment: You navigate change with ease and perform well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail: Precision and thoroughness are strengths you bring to every task.
  • E-commerce/Retail expertise: Experience in these fields is a strong asset that you know how to leverage effectively!

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent;

  • 3-5 years of experience in online business;

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English (The person will communicate and produce bilingual marketing content targeted at international markets.);

  • Experience in retail (an asset);

  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (an asset);

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite;
