What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of the Lincoln experience – welcoming clients, coordinating service, and managing every touchpoint with care
• Set up test drives, schedule service, coordinate Pickup & Delivery (yes, we bring the car to them)
• Craft Surprise & Delight moments – from handwritten notes to curated gifts, events, and more
• Manage the Lincoln loaner fleet to ensure a seamless experience
• Follow up after every visit and maintain strong relationships – no client is ever just a number
• Represent the brand online – help with reviews and social media presence
• Work collaboratively with the Lincoln team to elevate every moment
