In this technically challenging position, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing and maintenance systems, implementing lean practices, and developing strategies to minimize downtime. You will collaborate with other departments but retain ownership of your projects, applying your technical expertise to deliver measurable improvements without leading a team.
The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing environment and have experience solving complex mechanical or process-related issues. Proficiency in 3D CAD, lean methodologies, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office is essential.
The Role:
- Independently analyze and optimize manufacturing and maintenance processes
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies
- Create and update 3D CAD drawings for process improvement and facility layout
- Drive energy-saving and inventory efficiency initiatives
- Utilize ERP systems to monitor and enhance production performance
- No people management responsibilities — this is a technical, problem-solving role

The Person:
- Industrial Engineer or Junior Maintenance Supervisor with a background in manufacturing

- Experienced in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
