As our client base grows, we are seeking a skilled and high energy Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive project execution, and contribute to the continued expansion of our business.
Position Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and revenue growth. This role blends relationship management, consultative strategy, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of healthcare industry clients
- Manage and oversee the delivery of market research and consulting projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat engagements through proactive support and strategic partnership
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs
- Collaborate with internal research, sales, and product teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Prepare and lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
- Maintain detailed and accurate client activity in CRM systems
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in account management or client services in a B2B setting (preferably within healthcare, market research, or consulting)
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multi-phase projects
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly medical devices or life sciences, is a strong asset
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: CA$60,000 – CA$75,000 per year
- Profit-sharing/Bonus: Up to 10% of salary (based on hitting quota, client satisfaction and retention KPIs)
- Sales Commission: Commission on total sales up to 100% of salary
- Total Target Compensation (OTC): CA$100,000 – CA$140,000+ annually
