Role Summary:
Lead the end-to-end finance function for a high-growth consumer-goods brand, owning accounting integrity, cash management, and strategic FP&A. You will be the internal authority on Fulfil.io ERP, ensuring all financial data, inventory valuations, and cost-of-goods metrics flow accurately into reports that guide executive decisions.
Note: Candidates without prior experience in Fulfil.io will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full monthly close, consolidations, journal entries, and variance analysis in Fulfil.io.
- Build and maintain rolling 13-week cash-flow forecasts and annual budgets.
- Own cost-accounting model for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; reconcile inventory sub-ledger to GL.
- Produce board-level financial statements, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses on margin, pricing, and promos.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax filings, and local statutory requirements across multiple entities.
- Manage external audit, banking, and insurance relationships; optimize working-capital lines.
- Design and document internal controls, approval workflows, and finance SOPs.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years’ progressive accounting/finance experience; at least 2 years in consumer products or e-commerce.
- Hands-on mastery of Fulfil.io ERP (setup, modules, data integrations).
- Strong cost-accounting background and fluency in inventory valuation methods (FIFO, weighted average).
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; BI or SQL a plus.
- CPA or CMA preferred; fluent written/spoken English; comfort collaborating across time zones (PST core hours).
