Eclipse Stores Inc. is a growing women’s clothing retailer with 80+ stores across Canada. We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Shift Manager to join our team in Clarenville, NL.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer experience.
• Drive team energy to hit and exceed goals.
• Support and train sales associates.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash.
• Receive merchandise shipments.
• Maintain inventory and visual standards.

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Great leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
