Schedule: rotating 8 hour shifts, 40-48 hours/week, mostly days & afternoons (some nights)
Work Location: 944 Highway 8, Stoney Creek, Ontario

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $32.71/hour, shift premiums + overtime premium over 40 hours

Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate as a member of the Logistics team, primarily in shunting operations.
- Operate an AZ tractor locally and within the Greater Hamilton Area as needed.
- Comply with all Highway Traffic Act rules and regulations.
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner while interacting with the public.
- Demonstrate respect and professionalism at all times.
- Understand equipment weights and load capacities.
- Work flexible hours, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Safely load and unload trailers, following all carrier and Ministry of Transportation regulations.
- Follow all food safety and handling requirements.
- Work independently while managing tasks and prioritizing effectively.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as an AZ truck driver hauling freight (up to 75,000 lbs).
- Clean driver’s abstract.
- Certified forklift operator (recertification available if necessary).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills; adaptable and flexible.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
