• The Backend Platform team's mission is to enable fast, safe, and delightful backend development at scale
• We are hiring a Staff Software Developer, with proven experience in the infrastructure domain to join the team and help bring that vision to a reality
• Build frameworks and tools to empower delightful and productive workflows
• Develop on reliable, scalable platforms and client libraries for Robinhood backend services
• Manage dependencies and builds for backend ecosystems
• Support engineers in their professional growth with clear feedback and grow engineering leaders
• Ensure high technical standards by instituting processes (design reviews, testing) and culture (engineering excellence)
• Build partnerships and collaborate across organizations to drive execution efficiently
• Prioritize and implement impactful initiatives to empower Robinhood's 500+ backend engineers
