Responsibilities:

• Set up displays and arrange merchandise in an appealing manner
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly labeled
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needs
• Interact with customers to provide assistance and answer questions about products
• Process customer transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Skills:

• Cash handling experience, including counting and reconciling cash drawers
• Strong retail sales skills with the ability to effectively sell products
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Technical sales knowledge to assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
• Upselling abilities to promote additional products or services to customers
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using a point-of-sale (POS) system for processing transactions
• Multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse customers
