The Personalization Specialist works with clients to customize bottles, boxes, and specialty items by illustrating, painting, or engraving products.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Consult with clients to determine the scope of work
• Provide expert guidance on the end result
• Complete work as discussed to the highest technical standard
• Prepare vector files for engraving equipment
• Deliver completed projects on or before the date promised
• Partner professionally with Sales Associates to create client satisfaction
• Inform the manager of supply requirements or equipment repair needs
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly workspace
• Complies with all Health & Safety policies and requirements

The ideal candidate:

• Illustrator, artist
• knowledge of vector files is an asset
• Artist Portfolio required
• Can communicate comfortably and clearly in English
