We are seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Content Associate to join our in-house marketing and branding team.

Role Overview As a Social Media & Digital Content Associate, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing digital content strategies that enhance our online presence and support business growth across multiple salon locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) with daily content planning and execution
• Develop short-form video content (e.g., Reels, Stories, Ads) using tools like CapCut or Canva
• Write engaging captions, promotional messaging, and campaign content aligned with brand tone
• Coordinate social media calendars and publishing schedules across platforms
• Track content performance, engagement metrics, and ad campaign results; generate monthly reports
• Collaborate with internal teams for photoshoots, promotions, and brand events
• Respond to direct messages, comments, and coordinate influencer or client collaborations
• Stay current with beauty industry trends and digital content best practices

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
• Video editing proficiency (e.g., CapCut, Canva, InShot)
• Creative eye for visuals, brand tone, and marketing strategy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and meeting fast-paced deadlines
• Experience in the beauty, fashion, or hospitality sector is an asset

• This is an on-site role at our Brampton head office
• Must bring personal equipment (smartphone, laptop); tools like CapCut are contractors responsibility
• Start date (as early as June 16, 2025)
