Role Description/Criteria Loyola College is a Catholic Co-Educational School in the Ignatian tradition with an enrolment of 1440 students.Applications are invited for the following Fulltime & Ongoing position: CLERICAL ASSISTANT Commencing: Term 3 - 2025 The Clerical Assistant should demonstrate:
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
- Ability to work as an effective team member.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to all sections of the Loyola Community (i.e. Staff, students and current/prospective parents).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
