Job Description We are currently recruiting for a passionate, energetic, dedicated and hardworking individual to fill our Merchandiser position in the Fraser Valley region (Pitt Meadows to Chilliwack) and step into this dynamic beverage alcohol industry.
The role of this key Merchandiser is to provide sales support and execution to the Fraser Valley region and ensuring store level merchandising excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
- Act as an Arterra Ambassador and build in-store relationships as such
- Execute and Merchandise impactful product display activations, features, and/or racks in Private and Government Retail
- Work with store partners to ensure proper product rotation of back stock to retail floor, displays and at shelf
- Ensure monthly promotions are passed along and highlighted to consumers by retailers with appropriate tagging at shelf and display
- Apply shelf talkers, neck-tags and related value-added items to inventory at shelf and on display
- Actively price check skus and re-tag if necessary
- Apply, maintain and replace impactful branded point of sale materials in partner stores. This includes backer cards, shelf talkers, case cards, posters, price cards, fridge clings etc.
- Ensure Arterra products are appropriately shelved, and maintain this positioning on an ongoing basis
- Maintain overall product and display appearance: dust-free, correctly priced on shelf and in cooler.
- Take photos of displays, competitor displays, competitor on packs, new products etc.
- Actively watch and report distribution compliance of key New products
- Maintain consistent communication with the territory Sales Representative & Sales Manager regarding changes in buyer preferences, out of stock inventory concerns/situations encountered and market intelligence
- Actively complete daily responsibilities and report accordingly
- In this role you will work Tuesday-Friday - 32 hours/week
What You Will Bring
- Proof of valid Driver’s License will be required.
- Must have access to your own vehicle with the proper insurance and driving record within DMV policy guidelines
- Must reside within, or in close proximity to the general area of the sales territory.

- Results oriented, self-motivated, driven and disciplined
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds on an ongoing, daily basis

Compensation : $23/hr
