We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will fulfill the hotel’s expectations of excellent customer service and uphold high standards of cleanliness in both public and back-of the-house areas.

This position will be full time and will consist of mainly PM shifts (2:30pm - 11pm) but may include day shifts (7am - 3:30pm) and must be available weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and maintain all public space cleaning, including employee areas, office area and other duties as required.
• Cleaning may include, but is not limited to; removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, buffing, cleaning carpets, washing windows scrubbing floors and ceilings, and sanitizing restrooms.
• Follow established procedures and policies when completing tasks
• Deliver housekeeping items (hair dryers, ironing boards, irons, etc.) to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Must have a high level of attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven self-motivation, ability to work well with minimum supervision.
• Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to cleanliness and providing the best possible experience for our guests and employees.
