The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 8 years progressive marketing experience, with strong digital, direct & social marketing background.
- Bilingual - Ability to communicate with customers and clients in both English and French (Fluency - read/write/speak in French)
- Strong understanding of what drives return on marketing investment and ability to understand and leverage the consumer and translate insights into high-impact marketing activities.
- Track record and proven results driving marketing efficiency, success, and media & direct marketing optimization.
- Ability to translate the benefits of products into simple and intuitive propositions that demonstrate customer value.
- Strategic Marketing: Marketing anchored in business strategy, driving to best-in-class Marketing.
- Analytical capability working with Research & Insights; Advanced Analytics; HCD and Finance.
