Position Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Retail Supervisor to join our team. If you are a highly motivated professional who thrives in a team environment and can also work independently, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a sales-driven, customer-focused individual to contribute to the overall success of the store.
Availability Requirement:
Part-Time Supervisors must be available for full shifts on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Availability on other days will be scheduled based on store needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent weekend availability
- Maintain strong leadership on the floor, ensuring customers receive outstanding service and support.
- Coordinate daily store activities
- Create employee schedules and assign tasks
- Address staff and customer inquiries, offering feedback to improve efficiency
- Adhere to store policies and regulations
- Meet and exceed expected targets
- Manage inventory control and product rotation
- Count inventory and purchase products
- Restock as needed
- Operate cash register and POS system
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service (supervisory experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Prolonged standing and physical activity, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Exposure to cold environments
- Handling and working with various seafood products
