The Info Management and Info Technology team is looking for enthusiastic people to join their team.

Title: Cloud Specialist, IT Technical Services
Salary: $74,663 - $93,328 - $102,660 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours (core hours Mon-Fri 9am-3pm)
Location: Metro Vancouver - on the traditional and unceded territories of the Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations – Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).

About the role
As Cloud Specialist, IT Technical Services, you will will provide strategic guidance, leadership, and expertise in managing, securing, and optimizing endpoint (devices) within FNHA's IT infrastructure. You will lead the implementation, configuration, and administration of Microsoft 365 (Intune) for mobile device and application management. As well as you will plan the creation, testing, and deployment of software packages for endpoint devices. You will also design, implement and enforce security policies across endpoints to protect against malware, data breaches, and other threats. Additionally, you will oversee the management of software and OS updates.

About you
Education

  • Post-secondary degree in the field of computer science and other related technical disciplines

Occupational Certification

  • Microsoft Certifications required: Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, Azure and Office 365
  • Preferred - Technical support certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+)
  • Preferred - Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation

Experience

  • Microsoft 365 services: Azure Entra ID, Intune, Mobile Device Management and Autopilot
  • Minimum 5 years' working in Active Directory, GPO's and Powershell
  • Minimum 5 years' working with Windows OS images, patch management, Microsoft Defender
  • Minimum 5 years' working with software packaging and deployment
  • Minimum 5 years' working with design and implementation of processes and procedures

Knowledge

  • Preferred - Experience with problem management of corporate endpoint devices
  • Preferred - Experience with project management of new system solutions to enterprise endpoint devices

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
