Job Overview The Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Associate will design and produce engaging visual content, develop and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns, and manage updates to Laurentis’s internal and external websites, social media channels, and digital communication platforms. This role is responsible for creating a wide range of branded materials—including brochures, ads, presentation decks, infographics, templates, and internal communications content—to support both external outreach and internal engagement.

This multifaceted position requires a blend of creative design skills, strategic digital insight, and strong attention to detail to effectively communicate Laurentis’s message, support business objectives, and contribute to a cohesive and professional brand presence across platforms.

Key Accountabilities Working in accordance with prescribed safety procedures and regulations:

  • Create visually engaging and innovative graphics for digital and print media, including but not limited to social media content, website visuals, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials. This includes social media platforms such as, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Design marketing collateral such as brochures, advertisements, presentation decks, one-pagers, and campaign briefs that align with Laurentis’s brand identity and support business development and communications strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Maintain and update design assets, ensuring consistency and quality across all
  • Reformat presentations, procedures, and documents to meet brand standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously enhance the company's visual identity.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead
  • Manage all social media platforms and internal/external websites, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and algorithm changes, adjusting strategies accordingly to maximize reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing and communication plans.
  • Optimize website content and user experience to enhance online visibility and drive
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for
  • Create, schedule, and manage content for Laurentis’s internal TargetVision screens to support internal communications, employee engagement, and company updates.
  • Reformat and design branded templates, including presentation decks, standard operating procedures, forms, and other business documents, to ensure consistency and accessibility.
  • Other Duties as Required

Experience We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals who have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
