We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing customers with accurate estimates, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and to foster a collaborative team environment. CDK and XTime experience is a major asset.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Clarify and document customer concerns, ensuring accurate information is passed to technicians.
- Explain service options and associated costs in a clear and understandable manner.
- Keep customers informed of progress and changes to their vehicles.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all services offered by the dealership.
- Maintain customer rapport and ensure satisfaction.
- Schedule service appointments for customers.
- Daily customer follow-up.
- Prepare repair orders and ensure they are accurately entered into service database.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
- Develop estimates for repairs and services.
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and service procedures.
- Be able to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle history.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
