Responsibilities You'll Take On:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with their inquiries
• Handle phone inquiries and efficiently navigate our database
• Recommend upsells when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction
• Prepare accurate sales quotes tailored to customer needs and budgets
• Guide customers in selecting finishes and styles for their windows and doors
• Master product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Maintain updated internal systems with meticulous attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications We're Looking For:

• Personable and professional demeanor
• Strong eye for residential home design
• Proficiency in basic calculations and measurements
• 2-3 years of design experience preferred
• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule
• Highly organized with effective time management
