- Proven experience in project management within a financial services environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Capital Markets operations.
