We’re growing fast and are looking for two (2) superstar Sales Representatives to grow our footprint in Ontario. Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager, you’ll partner with local businesses and municipalities to build brand awareness and drive adoption of Kalitec’s road safety solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and engage municipal prospects through phone, email, and face-to-face outreach
- Drive the sales pipeline forward with strategic, timely follow-ups to nurture relationships and close opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt and refine your sales approach
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with all sales activity
What You Bring
- High school or college diploma (minimum)
- Fluent in English; functional French is an asset
- 2+ years in a sales role
- You’re a magnetic, confident, people-person
- You take massive action and prospect relentlessly
- You own your results and pivot easily when needed
- You consistently show patience and persistence in longer sales cycles, especially in untapped territories
- You have a growth mindset and invest in your own learning daily

Compensation
This commission-heavy package is built for a driven, ambitious early-career professional. Most Sales Representatives earn $60,000+ in their first year , with six-figure potential by Year 3. Low base salary + high commission.
Work Environment / Location
- Remote work 3 days per week
- 2 designated in-office days at a high-end coworking space on vibrant Preston Street, designed to inspire productivity and community
