About the role
Skybar is a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant/bar dedicated to providing an exceptional dining and drinking experience to our guests. We're looking for dynamic, personable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bartenders/Servers. If you thrive in a team environment, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fun, social atmosphere, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Bartending: Mix, garnish, and serve drinks to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Serving: Take food and drink orders, deliver orders accurately and promptly, and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Create a welcoming environment for all guests, address concerns or questions, and provide top-notch service throughout the dining experience.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process payments, make change, and ensure all transactions are properly logged.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, including wiping down tables, glassware, and bar tools.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on drink and menu offerings, including daily specials, and share this information with guests.
Qualifications:

Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred but not required.

Must be at least 18 years old (or 21, depending on local laws).

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
