Nous sommes à la recherche de candidat dynamique intéressé à joindre notre équipe de taxes à Montreal. Nous offrons un environnement diversifié dans lequel le/la candidat(e) aura la chance d’apprendre autant dans le domaine des taxes corporatives, de ventes, douanières, canadiennes, américaines et internationales.
Activités principales
- Préparation des déclarations d’impôts canadiennes et américaines.
- Réconciliation des comptes fiscaux
- Recherche de règlementations fiscales
- Préparation de dossiers de vérification fiscales
- Analyse de Nexus et enregistrement dans les différents états américains
- Préparation de documentation pour les prix de transferts
- Validation des entrées de douanes canadiennes et américaines
- Participation dans des dossiers spéciaux tel que des acquisitions, réorganisations et autres.
Exigences du poste
- Inscrit à un programme de comptabilité et enregistré dans un programme COOP dans un établissement d'enseignement postsecondaire reconnu en vue d'obtenir un baccalauréat en commerce, en administration des affaires, en finances, en comptabilité, en CPA et/ou en MBA ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
- Dynamique, innovateur et doté d'excellentes aptitudes en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication.
- Forte compréhension des principes comptables et des états financiers.
- Compétence en Microsoft Excel et autres logiciels de comptabilité.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, à l'analyse et à la résolution de problèmes.
- Souci du détail, précision et respect des délais.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
- Disponible pour l'automne (Septembre-Décembre 2025)

Job Summary
- Preparation of Canadian and American tax returns
- Reconciliation of tax accounts
- Research on tax regulations
- Preparation of tax audit files
- Nexus analysis and registration in various US states
- Preparation of transfer pricing documentation
- Validation of Canadian and American custom entries
- Participation in special projects such as acquisitions, reorganizations, and others.
Qualifications And Competencies
- Completed or currently enrolled in an accounting program and registered in a COOP program at a recognized post-secondary institution pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, CPA and/or MBA or related field
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Dynamic, innovative thinker with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available during the Fall (September to December 2025)
