You’ll be responsible for reviewing project scopes, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring proposals are accurate and aligned with client needs. Building relationships is key—whether it’s engaging with consultants to influence specs, negotiating with vendors for better pricing, or following up with customers to close deals. A solid understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical and electrical drawings, and strong skills in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets are essential. This role suits someone who’s detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

You’ll need excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and the confidence to deliver clear, engaging presentations. A collaborative mindset is key, as you’ll work closely with both field and office teams. You should be comfortable making informed decisions independently, while also knowing when to consult with others. A creative approach and a willingness to suggest improvements are highly valued.

What you’ll get in Return

In this role, you’ll enjoy a competitive base salary ranging from ( $80K to $110K) + Commission, comprehensive benefits package that includes extended health coverage and paid vacation.
