TITLE: ABC Supply Customer Service Representative

LOCATION: 330 - 70 Arthur Street, Winnipeg, MB

DATE AVAILABLE: As soon as possible

CAMPAIGN HOURS: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 7:00pm CST (As Needed)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer Service Representatives on ABC Supply will conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys on behalf of ABC Supply to their business customers across the United States. Responsibilities will also include: taking Inbound calls for ABC Supply Customer Satisfaction Hotline, Delta Airlines and various other Inbound Programs providing information, answering questions and doing referrals.

After a month of training onsite, employees have the option to work from home if desired.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years Customer Service Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Clear and precise enunciation and pronunciation
  • Active listening skills
  • Excellent call quality
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • Proficient internet usage
  • Excellent computer skills – 35 wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Demonstrates the ability to “talk and type”
  • Excellent attendance record is mandatory
  • Good retention skills/very detail oriented
  • Accepts constructive feedback and implements recommended changes
  • Reliable, Easily Trained and Self Motivated
  • Team Player and able to work in a fast paced environment
