Williams Fresh Café is looking for enthusiastic and personable Servers to join our team! As a Server, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, attention to detail, and a passion for fresh food and coffee culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with knowledge and enthusiasm
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and maintained throughout the guest experience
• Deliver food and drinks promptly with professionalism and care
• Handle guest concerns promptly and positively to ensure satisfaction
• Work closely with kitchen and café team to maintain smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
• Follow all food safety and café procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior serving or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and able to work well under pressure
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
