About the role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team and grow our presence in the Hydronic and HVAC markets. This role is key to building and maintaining strong customer relationships while expanding our business in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, grow, and maintain business within the Hydronic and HVAC markets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Balance sales targets with superior customer service to achieve results.
- Address customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and customer support to closing sales.
- Strategically build and expand your assigned territory.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote brand awareness through excellent service and professional interactions.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and create actionable plans to capitalize on them.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Hydronic, HVAC, or related industries.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet sales goals.
- Experience in customer relations and resolving customer concerns.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales and service targets.
