Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly creative Digital Marketing & Content Specialist who lives and breathes short-form content. This role will focus on content ideation, creation, and publishing across social and digital platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of Robbox tools. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to bring the brand to life through high-quality videos, reels, and social-first content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) showcasing our products, features, user benefits, and brand moments.
  • Own Robbox’s content calendar and coordinate content rollout across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals, product launches, and seasonal pushes.
  • Repurpose UGC and demo content for brand use, enhancing it with graphics, transitions, and on-brand messaging.
  • Support product photography, behind-the-scenes captures, and tradeshow content when required.
  • Monitor content performance and adapt creative strategy based on insights and platform trends.
  • Keep up-to-date with digital trends, tool innovations, and best practices in short-form content.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years experience in digital content creation, social media, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong portfolio of short-form video content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Skilled in shooting and editing using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
  • Familiarity with lighting, product photography, mobile-first editing, and storytelling techniques.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and digital marketing basics.
  • Self-starter with a creative eye, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with eCommerce or DTC brands, especially in hardware, tools, or tech industries.
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of paid social ads, email marketing, or influencer coordination.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
