Outside Sales Representative – Eastern Canada
Location: Remote (Based in or near Montréal QC, Toronto ON, or Buffalo NY)

Benefits
• $88,000 CAD base salary with substantial commission upside and realistic potential to double your base

What You’ll Be Doing
• Take full ownership of a high-potential territory across Eastern Canada
• Build lasting, consultative relationships with customers in packaging, recycling and industrial sectors
• Drive sustained revenue growth by delivering value-based solutions in a competitive market
• Shape and execute your own annual sales strategy, with full autonomy and support when needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and influence commercial direction
What You’ll Bring
• 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communicator with a customer-first approach
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Based in or near Montréal, Toronto, or Buffalo
Preferred Background
• Formal sales training (Carew, Sandler, Carnegie, Karrass)
• Experience in packaging, recycling, manufacturing, or industrial supply sectors
