Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Controller to join our dynamic finance team. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and the CFO, this role will play a pivotal part in financial reporting, driving operational insights, and supporting business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reviews and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with key management to prepare detailed variance analyses and performance reports.
• Support acquisition due diligence and pro forma analysis alongside corporate development.
• Optimize productivity and cost management initiatives to boost profitability.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes with location managers.
• Assist in accounting system migrations, KPI implementation, and special projects.
• Analyze financial metrics like route and customer profitability and retention strategies.
• Support AR collection processes, capital requests, and ensure strict policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Education: Post-secondary degree with a CPA designation.
• 2+ years of exp4erience in a controller type function
• Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Skilled in team collaboration and able to work independently when needed.
• 2+ years of Leadership experience is a must
• Expertise in decision-making, organization, and multi-tasking.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality reporting.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Sage accounting software is an asset.
