Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Game Technician located in Vaughan, ON. The Game Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing arcade games, ensuring they are operational and safe for customer use. Daily tasks include troubleshooting issues, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting guests with game-related problems. Additionally, the Game Technician will collaborate with other team members to support overall venue operations and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing arcade and gaming equipment
- Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
