About the role
Reporting to the Shopper and Digital Manager, the selected candidate will support the execution of large-scale national projects in the retail fruit juice category across Canada. They will work closely with cross-functional teams across the country to contribute to digital and shopper marketing initiatives.
This role supports the planning, execution and optimization of paid digital and shopper marketing campaigns to drive trial, visibility and conversion across Lassonde’s key retail partners. Supporting both sales and marketing objectives, the Specialist assists in managing sponsored search programs as well as omnichannel shopper marketing programs. By helping implement digital innovation with in-store marketing tactics, this role contributes to integrating programs that benefit both the brand and the retailers while continuously improving consumer engagement and conversion.

Key activities
- Retail Media Campaign Management:

Assist in implementing shopper-focused marketing strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives.

Support the execution of in-store and digital shopper marketing campaigns across key retailers.

Collaborate with cross-function teams including brand, sales, retailers and external agencies for campaign development and execution.

Monitor campaigns and provide input on optimization.
- Sponsored Search:

Support the planning and execution of sponsored search campaigns across key retail platforms.

Monitor live campaign performance and flag potential optimizations based on platform trends and business objectives.

Assist in identifying new opportunities or priorities based on campaign results and retail media climate.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Help analyze consumer insights and retail data to identify opportunities and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Track and report on KPIs to evaluate campaign success, make recommendations for optimization and support future strategy.
- Oversee budget and performance metrics to ensure maximum return on investment for shopper marketing programs.
- Benchmark against past campaigns and retailer scorecard data.
- Flag underperforming campaigns and suggest improvements.
Required Training And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2 + years of experience in digital marketing, shopper marketing, or retail media.
- Proven track record in executing paid digital and shopper marketing campaigns.
- Food industry experience (an asset).

- English required and Bilingual preferred – ideal for communication with French and English-speaking colleagues, clients and suppliers.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
