As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated, delivery-focused Consultant to join our Customer Engagement & Loyalty Solutions Practice.
In this role, you will work hands-on across all phases of client delivery—from discovery and analysis to solution implementation—under the guidance of a Consulting Director. You will play a vital part in ensuring we execute with excellence on engagements that drive customer loyalty, personalized experiences, and business value for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured problem solving, collaborative execution, and bringing precision to client work—without the expectations of people leadership or opportunity cultivation. You will also have opportunities to explore and experiment with AI-based tools to enhance your work and bring greater efficiency to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support End-to-End Delivery: Work alongside Consulting Directors, and cross functional teams to support engagement activities across discovery, strategy, implementation, and reporting phases.
- Own Deliverables: Derive insights and develop client-facing materials (e.g., presentations, analysis summaries, roadmaps) with accuracy, clarity, and polish.
- Execute Against Scope: Manage assigned tasks with discipline, ensuring timelines, inputs, and quality expectations are met.
- Contribute to Client Value: Support in synthesizing findings and generating insights that ladder up to broader engagement goals in Customer Engagement and Loyalty.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to Associates to ensure their success in supporting delivery
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Client Leaders, Analysts, Research and Communications Leads to bring holistic solutions to life.
- Explore AI Integration: Pilot and apply generative AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks, enhance content development, and surface insights faster.
- Stay Informed: Maintain working knowledge of key trends in loyalty, personalization, and customer engagement to strengthen your consulting toolkit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in Consulting, or Loyalty Program Management
- Proven ability to work cross functionally, manage workstreams and deliverables independently within a broader project
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas effectively—both written and verbal—for internal and client contexts
- Analytical and structured problem-solving skills; comfort working with data-driven insights and translation into actionable recommendations
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple moving pieces, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships.
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for testing new ways of working, including AI
- Passion for customer-centric marketing, loyalty programs, or personalized experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
