As a National Operations Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our clients and internal teams. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of operational processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or operations role.
- Knowledge of banking operations and procedures.

- This position is full-time and located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
