We’re currently seeking a Parts Manager to lead and grow our fast-paced, customer-driven team Grande Prairie Kia. If you have a strong operational mindset, a passion for mentoring others, and a knack for creating efficient systems that keep service teams running smoothly, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

The Drive Ahead

  • Forecast, plan, and manage annual parts department budgets and KPI targets
  • Hire, train, mentor, and lead parts department staff to success
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels for service, wholesale, and public sales
  • Set pricing strategies that drive profitability and loyalty
  • Oversee purchasing, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
  • Manage wholesale parts programs and recover full factory core credits
  • Ensure timely parts delivery to technicians and work closely with Service teams
  • Run weekly team briefings, monthly performance reviews, and parts counter meetings
  • Develop marketing and promotional plans using manufacturer co‑op programs
  • Handle customer issues promptly and professionally per dealership policy
  • Uphold safety standards and compliance with relevant regulations

Performance Essentials

  • 2–4 years of related parts experience or equivalent education/experience
  • Strong parts product knowledge and automotive inventory expertise
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills managing teams in a dealership setting
  • Proficiency in DMS systems (PBS/CDK experience preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong business acumen — ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Full-time availability (approx. 40 hours/week), typically Monday to Friday
