We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our client service and sales operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate processing of client orders and maintaining strong communication with healthcare providers. You will be instrumental in maintaining service excellence as we continue to scale our operations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Respond to inquiries from clients and healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner
- Review and accurately enter incoming orders into internal systems
- Verify that documentation and intake information is complete and compliant
- Send tracking updates and confirm delivery with provider offices
- Maintain clear and organized records of all orders, communications, and resolutions
- Monitor inventory levels and escalate stock concerns to leadership
- Flag and escalate service or compliance issues as needed
- Assist in generating service reports and internal performance metrics
- Support the onboarding process for new provider accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve client service procedures and workflow
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare, medical office, or order processing environment
- Experience with prescription intake, order coordination, or workflow management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and ability to manage high-volume client interactions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfort using internal systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure
- A client-first mindset with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset but not required
